Sea Urchin Eggs. An absolute delight for the sea lover.
Grilled Octopus with “stamnagathi” greens. The greens are slightly bitter, dressed in olive oil and lemon juice. The octopus is grilled and sliced thinly. Divine simplicity.
Grilled Grouper Fillet. The fish was grilled whole, and then deboned when served.
Grilled Grouper Head. The absolute fish delicacy.
